Things are changing at Next Move Properties.

After 16 years we have decided to give up the office. In recent years, the rental business model has changed and gone more and more online. When we first set up in 2007, we used to have loads of potential tenants looking at the window display, coming in for a chat about which properties might be best for them, taking our booklet away and then ringing up to book viewings in. These days viewings are all booked online via our website or Zoopla, and our tenants tend to email, WhatsApp or txt to report maintenance issues.

As our operating systems are now cloud based so we can access them from our phones, tablets and laptops anywhere in the world. We are moving our office landline number to a web based one, it will be the same number but will ring directly through to our mobiles.

We now have a virtual office with a registered postal address for all communications and should the need arise we are able to hire a room in the building to hold meetings, with onsite carpark facilities.
